PINOT NOIR King
Our Pinot Noir "KING" 2022 is from the best parcels of the vintage. Perfectly ripe, healthy grapes; fermented in a maceration tank and skin contact for two weeks. Afterwards matured for 16 months in french barriques and bottled unfiltered. A brilliant ruby red colour. The nose offers delicate cherry notes, herbal spice, a touch of pepper. On the palate, with hints of of vanilla, dark chocolate, and subtle toasty aromas. It possesses a robust body with a noticeable acidity. The firm tannins integrate smoothly into a harmonious whole. A great Pinot wit aging potential, GOLD-MEDALL WINE NATIONAL-CHAMPIONSHIP.
RIESLING Spätlese feinherb PFALZ
This Riesling Spätlese is grown on vineyards with chalky soil. Harvested ripe and sound in Spätlese-quality and fermented in Stainless steal. In the glass, it displays a delicate yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose offers notes of citrus fruits, apricot, and subtle spicy nuances. On the palate, it presents a fruity and juicy impression of apple and peach, paired with a fine interplay of sweetness and acidity. Overall, this Riesling has a refreshing character with a powerful, fruity finish. GOLD MEDAL WINE National Wine Championship.
PINOT BLANC Pfalz
The Pinot Blanc presents a bright, radiant yellow with green reflections; the aroma offers a delicate interplay of herbal notes such as lemon balm and fruity aromas of pear and white peach; on the palate, a fine acidity is evident with subtle fruity hints of mirabelle plum; a fresh and elegant overall impression.
A versatile food pairing wine, it complements various salads, poultry, grilled fish, and seafood. It also pairs well with light meats. A delight for pleasant summer evenings.

GEWÜRZTRAMINER Pfalz
In the glass, it appears a bright golden yellow. The nose offers pronounced floral hints of rosewood, along with delicate notes of lychee and peach. A pleasant sweetness, reminiscent of acacia honey, caresses the palate and is supported by a subtle acidity. A very spicy, charming wine with a fruit-forward, creamy finish.
Food pairing: wonderfully with boldly spiced Asian dishes or hearty Palatinate cuisine. A perfect accompaniment to fruit desserts or classic Palatinate brandy cream.

PINOT GRIS (Grauburgunder) Pfalz
The white grape variety descended from Pinot Noir is known internationally as Pinot Gris or Pinot Grigio. It is now cultivated worldwide, with larger plantings in France and Italy. In Germany, approximately 6,200 hectares are planted with Pinot Gris, half of which is located in Rhineland-Palatinate.
The nose of Pinot Gris is floral, and the bouquet reveals aromas of pineapple, melon, dried fruit, and herbs. On the palate, a subtle nutty note of almond lingers. The Springer Pinot Gris is very soft and rounded with mild, well-integrated acidity and a long, fresh finish. An uncomplicated wine for all occasions.
Food pairing: Baguette with sliced roast beef and green mustard. A creamy carbonara with spaghetti and Parmesan. It also pairs very well with poultry, fish, and mature soft cheeses with fig mustard.
